Mantle supported the decision-making of a major developer regarding using mass timber as the main structure in one of their projects. We summarized potential opportunities and risks of using mass timber on mid-rise building projects, climate policies that mass timber helps to advance, and economic and climate benefits that mass timber can provide to Metro Vancouver.
